About this file

The document is a set of procurement portal instructions issued by the City of Charlotte Water for vendors interested in submitting proposals through the Bonfire electronic procurement system. The instructions provide detailed guidance for submitting solicitation questions and bid responses electronically via https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com, with a strong recommendation to begin the upload process at least one week before the project's submission deadline.

The instructions specify technical requirements for submission, including compatible web browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) with JavaScript and browser cookies enabled. Vendors can access technical support through Bonfire's help forum at https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us, via email at Support@GoBonfire.com, or by calling 1-800-354-8010. A five-minute training video is also available to help vendors understand the registration and submission process.
