About this file
This is a Proprietary Information document from the City of Arlington, Office of Procurement, related to a Request for Qualifications for 2026 Sanitary Sewer Basin Evaluation. The solicitation seeks an engineering services contract to complete an engineering evaluation of approximately three identified sanitary sewer basins that are experiencing high inflow and infiltration during rainfall events. The City of Arlington encourages electronic submission of responses and accepts paper proposals only when submitted in sealed envelopes labeled with the company name, solicitation number, and title. Late proposals will not be accepted. All solicitation notifications and dissemination occur exclusively through Euna Procurement, and the City assumes no responsibility for solicitations received through alternative channels.
The document establishes procedures for designating proprietary information in proposal submissions. All material submitted to the City becomes public property and is subject to the Texas Public Information Act upon receipt. Vendors who wish to protect proprietary information must list relevant page numbers and clearly mark each page with the word "PROPRIETARY" in all capitals and highlighted in yellow at the bottom center at the time of submittal. The City will make reasonable efforts to protect such information from disclosure to the extent allowed by law, with the final determination made by the Texas Attorney General. Notably, pricing information may not be marked proprietary and will be made publicly available following review of all submissions. Failure to properly identify proprietary information will result in unmarked sections being deemed non-proprietary and subject to public disclosure upon request.
