About this file

The document is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form from the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. The form requires bidders to certify that their bid pricing has been determined independently, without collusion, consultation, or communication with other bidders or competitors.

The certification requires bidders to affirm three key points: 1) bid prices were arrived at independently without restrictive intent, 2) bid prices have not been and will not be disclosed to other bidders prior to opening, and 3) no attempts have been made to induce other entities to submit or withhold bids. The document clearly warns that collusive bidding practices are a crime and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The form is designed to be signed by a corporate officer, with spaces provided for the legal name of the proposer, corporate officer signature, title, and printed name.
