STATEMENT OF WORK

Purpose
The purpose of this project is to repair building 37 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station so that its primary and backup electrical systems function correctly in the event of a power outage. The building has an outdoor transfer switch that does not connect to a generator. During an outage, the transfer switch disconnects the building from the transformer and then does not switch back to commercial power once restored. This project removes wiring from the switch and restores the power feed to the building from the transformer the way it was before the switch installation.
