About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ #0973-27-25 issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California. The document clarifies three key inquiries from potential contractors regarding the solicitation.
The RFQ represents a brand-new project and new requirement with no incumbent contractor or follow-on component. A critical technical requirement is established in Answer 3, which states that all services listed in the RFQ must be provided for a proposal to achieve technical acceptability. Contractors unable or unwilling to provide the complete scope of services listed would be considered technically unacceptable. The document does not specify response deadlines, pricing terms, small business set-asides, or other detailed solicitation parameters, as it addresses only preliminary clarifying questions from interested bidders.
