About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Amendment #1 for the Space Electromagnetic Warfare Operating Location (SEWOL) issued by the United States Space Force Space Systems Command. The amendment updates submission instructions to include a JWICS email address for classified responses, with key details including a response deadline of 18 August 2025 and specific formatting requirements for the Statement of Capability (SOC). Respondents must provide a classified response up to the TOP SECRET/SCI level, with submissions limited to 10 pages and formatted in MS Word with specific font and margin specifications.

The RFI covers a technical effort to design, develop, and deliver a SEWOL tactical command and control system, involving software architecture, communications networking, integration of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Space Electromagnetic Warfare weapon systems, sustainment, logistics, DevSecOps support, and operator training. The system will initially integrate the Remote Modular Terminal (RMT) with plans to incorporate future systems like Bounty Hunter and Counter Communications System Meadowlands. The Space Systems Command has also notified respondents that their submissions may be shared with support contractors like The Aerospace Corporation, Tyto Corporation, SAIC, and others, who are bound by non-disclosure agreements.
