About this file
This document is an Attachment 2 - Cleaning Inspection Form for a janitorial services contract for Event 186 between the State of Idaho and Latah County. The contract requires the successful contractor to provide daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and annual cleaning and maintenance services for the office and warehouse facilities, including cleaning and disinfecting all common areas, restrooms, and high-traffic spaces, as well as vacuuming, dusting, and waxing floors. The contract also outlines specific cleaning requirements for the warehouse, such as sweeping the floor and cleaning debris from the racks.
The cleaning services are to be performed Monday through Friday, with a focus on maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The contract does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, or funding sources, but does indicate that the successful contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies and equipment to fulfill the scope of work.
