About this file

The document is an Attachment 2 - Cleaning Inspection Form related to a janitorial services contract for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. The form outlines the daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and annual cleaning and inspection requirements for the office and warehouse facilities, including common areas, restrooms, lobbies, workspaces, and the warehouse. It specifies the cleaning tasks, frequencies, and areas to be serviced.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for a Cancer Survivors Needs Assessment, for which the Department has requested an exemption from competition. The Department is offering suppliers the opportunity to provide information that may support or contradict the claim that competition would be impractical, unreasonable, or disadvantageous to the State under the circumstances. Suppliers are invited to submit relevant information by the closing date and time listed in IPRO, as the decision remains at the discretion of the DOP Administrator.
