About this file
This document contains Responses to Questions for a Sources Sought Notice (Number 04282025) regarding the FEMA Region VI Federal Regional Center HVAC and Roof Replacement project. The sources sought notice is a pre-solicitation market research effort by the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to determine contractor availability for a comprehensive roof and HVAC replacement at the Federal Regional Center. Key details include a mandatory site visit scheduled for April 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST, with contractors required to submit completed facilities access forms by April 17, 2025.
The responses clarify two important project parameters: work must be conducted during FEMA Denton Campus operational hours (7:30 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), and contractors should submit a single comprehensive cost estimate covering both HVAC and roof replacement work. Interested contractors must submit their responses to Contract Specialist Barbara Gonzalez and the Region 6 Procurement Branch by 11:00 AM CST on April 28, 2025, with responses to be sent via email to barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov and R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov.
