About this file
This Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract provides responses to vendor questions for a zero-cost micro-market/mini-mart contract at the Government Publishing Office (GPO) Stennis, MS facility. The amendment clarifies key operational details, including no contributions to coffee services, a one-time performance inquiry, and specific site requirements.
Key details include: a daily headcount of up to 180 people, shift times spanning 6:00am to 7:30am across weekdays and weekends, GPO's willingness to provide WiFi/wired internet, backup generator power access, and 4 dedicated 20-amp electrical circuits. The contract involves operating a micro-market with GPO-installed security cameras, and vendors must comply with telecommunications and video surveillance equipment restrictions. Vendors are instructed to reach out to customers for past performance feedback and submit forms to Mrs. Paige Menard by a specified date. Current site vending includes two machines, with potential for relocation if needed.
