1. Can the period of performance extend beyond 90 days for completion for both sites? Yes. Please provide a recommended period of performance when submitting your proposal.

2. Is there a Geotechnical Report available to confirm soil conditions for each site? No

3. Are there any manufacturer provided structural design criteria available for the TCI-613-3 towers, foundations, anchors, and wood pole? Yes, documentation is available at Mount Weather.

4. Will cables need to be removed?

Bothell- F. The contractor will remove and dispose of up to seven (7) unused transmission lines identified and marked by the TM from the cable vault to the antenna side of the bulkhead.

Denton G. The contractor will remove and dispose of two (2) unused transmission lines identified and marked by the TM from cable vault C through cable vault A to the antenna side of the bulkhead. The lines are 265’ in length and will be cut and caped in vault C.

5. The cable entrance into the vault is circled in RED. The manhole that allows human access to the vault is circled in Orange. (Picture attached to solicitation).
