The Library anticipates purchasing up to 2,500 containers, with approximately 80% standard size and 20% long size. The contract is a firm-fixed-price procurement with a base period from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026.
Key submission requirements include providing 10 pre-award samples, a technical approach limited to 30 pages, past performance references, and a pricing quote. Evaluation will be conducted using a best value, trade-off analysis approach, with factors weighted in descending order: pre-award samples, technical approach, past performance, and price. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit proposals electronically to James Robinson by April 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The total estimated contract value is not specified in the document.
