About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 030ADV25Q0136, issued by the Library of Congress Preservation Directorate Preservation Services Division. The solicitation seeks to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for blank labels and spines used in preservation material tracking. Key clarifications include pricing methodology, which will be based on per-roll pricing for a 5-year period, with specific roll quantities to be determined at the order level. The Library requires F.O.B. Destination shipping to a Capitol Hill location in Washington, DC, and vendors must submit physical samples to ensure proposal compliance. The initial delivery order (J-3) provides estimated quantities that can be used for pricing development across Years 1-5 of the contract.

ITEM INFORMATION

QuantityIt doesn't specified how many rolls to quote? - 25 rolls, 250 rolls. It describe how the rolls have to be and how many labels per rolls, but NOT how MANY ROLLS to quote per each size. The number of rolls will be definined at the order level. This requirement is to establish an Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a price per roll.
5B.3.2Price Schedule GRAPHIC/SPreadSheetIt doesn't say HOW MANY rolls should we quote per each size.An IDIQ contract would have prices per roll. A delivery order which will follow the award of the IDIQ (issued against it) would define how many rolls would be required for that order. THe Library is looking for a per roll price for the period of 5 years. THe chart in section B.3.
