About this file
This is a cost worksheet (Exhibit B-1) template for a deliverables-based SAP Maintenance and Operations agreement. The contract period spans three years, divided into three deliverable periods: April 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017, April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018, and April 1, 2018 - March 31, 2019.
The pricing structure requires contractors to provide both published and proposed hourly rates, along with estimated and proposed number of hours for each deliverable period. The agreement includes provisions for subcontractor pricing, stipulating that subcontractor rates cannot exceed the prime contractor's published rates. Contractors may offer a discount of at least 1% (minimum $100.00 on first worksheet, $75.00 on second worksheet) for invoices paid within 30 days, with the highest discount being used as a tiebreaker in the event of tie bids. The worksheet requires company information, tax status, and authorized representative signature.
