OFFEROR PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE

INSTRUCTIONS: The Offeror is responsible for the completion of Section 1 of the Offeror Past Performance Questionnaire for each Similar Project. After completing Section 1 of the Past Performance Questionnaire for each Similar Project, the Offeror shall distribute the Past Performance Questionnaires to the References who will complete Section 2. Each Reference, after completion of Section 2, shall submit the completed Past Performance Questionnaire directly to the GSA Contracting Officer not later than 10:00 AM MOUNTAIN TIME, JANUARY 26, 2021.

Past Performance Questionnaires shall be submitted directly to:

A SIMILAR PROJECT is defined as a project having all of the following characteristics:

· Substantially completed using the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) project delivery method;

· The renovation of a historic office or courthouse building. The office or courthouse building must have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places during the time of Renovation;

· Renovation was substantially complete in the last ten years since issuance of the solicitation;

· Includes at least one office or courthouse building containing a renovation of 160,000 gross square feet or more; and

· Contract cost at award was greater than or equal to $60 million.
