About this file

This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity notice. The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for load testing of demineralizers, including submission of draft and final test reports to the Naval Sea Systems Command. The contract opportunity notice solicits offers for 7 demineralizers per delivery period in 2022 and 2023, with earlier units needed by December 2020. The requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses. Offers are due by September 2020 and must be submitted electronically to the listed Navy contacts. Pricing will be on a firm-fixed-price basis for this commercially procured requirement, with delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington. The North American Industry Classification code is 4610 for water and liquid waste treatment.
