About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for printer maintenance services at the Indian Health Service (IHS) Mescalero facility under the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration. The SOW outlines a three-year maintenance and service contract for printer, scanner, and copier equipment, with three additional option years available for extended maintenance coverage. The contract vehicle and specific equipment specifications, pricing structure, and performance metrics are referenced in the associated Sources Sought document and solicitation (7571TE26Q00044), which should be reviewed in conjunction with this SOW to understand complete requirements.
The SOW establishes the service level expectations, response times, and maintenance protocols that the contractor must follow throughout the contract period. Key performance areas typically include equipment uptime requirements, preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and technical support responsiveness for the printer, scanner, and copier systems deployed at the Mescalero location. The three-year base period with three one-year option years provides flexibility for the government to extend the relationship based on contractor performance while allowing for potential equipment upgrades or service modifications during the option periods.
