About this file
This is a federal contract solicitation document (FA466126Q0112) containing clauses incorporated by reference and full-text clauses applicable to a Department of Defense acquisition.
The document is primarily a compilation of contractual terms and conditions rather than a specific product or service solicitation. It incorporates over 50 FAR and DFARS clauses addressing compliance, security, labor standards, payment procedures, and administrative requirements. Key substantive clauses include: Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting (252.204-7012); Prohibition on Covered Defense Telecommunications Equipment or Services (252.204-7018 and 252.204-7017); Continuation of Essential Contractor Services (252.237-7023 and 252.237-7024); Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions (252.232-7006) requiring electronic invoicing through WAWF; Service Contract Labor Standards (52.222-41); and Combating Trafficking in Persons (52.222-50). The document includes provisions for cloud computing representation (252.239-7009), disaster or emergency area set-asides (52.226-3 and 52.226-4), and evaluation criteria for commercial products and services (52.212-2). Payment routing data specifies DoDAAC codes including F87700 (Pay Official), FA4661 (Issue By/Admin), and F1R33A (Service Approver/Acceptor). The solicitation appears to apply deviations 2026-O0038, 2026-O0040, and others, with various clause effective dates ranging from 1991 through 2026. No specific products, services, response dates, or pricing information are provided in this clause compilation document.
