About this file
This is a Bid Schedule document for the CM Production Lone Pine Field Pit Closure Project - Phase 1, issued under IFB PHAA 2019*0205 by a state agency responsible for oil and gas conservation and environmental response. The project involves the closure and remediation of production pits at the Lone Pine location. The work encompasses four primary line items: mobilization and demobilization (1 lump sum), liquids removal and disposal from pits (1,400 barrels), excavation and disposal of heavily contaminated soil exceeding 5,000 mg/kg of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (not to exceed 2,000 cubic yards), and excavation and stockpiling of contaminated soil at lower contamination levels. The document indicates that quantities and measurements are approximate and subject to verification by the Project Manager during construction, with actual payment based on verified quantities rather than the bid estimates provided.
The project is funded through bond claims and/or the Oil and Gas Conservation and Environmental Response Fund. Bidders are required to complete the bid schedule with unit costs for each line item and submit it with their proposals. The document specifies that payment will be made only for actual quantities verified in accordance with the Bid Documents, and establishes not-to-exceed quantities for certain items to control project costs. The bid schedule serves as the basis for comparing competing bids and establishing the contract pricing structure for this environmental remediation project.
