20. Is currently an incumbent? If so, who was the previous awardee, contract number, and value?

Yes, the previous contractor for this requirement was Louise W. Eggleston Center, Inc. (Eggleston Services), under contract FA480024C0003. Please note that the previous contract was awarded for a significantly longer period of performance than the current requirement. Therefore, I advise focusing your proposal on the specific scope of work outlined in the PWS and current solicitation, rather than direct comparison to the previous period. The historical contract values are public information and may be reviewed in detail on SAM.gov under the referenced contract number.

21. I am writing to formally request an extension of the current due date for May 6, 2026 under Contract 0042026. We submitted questions and requests for clarification regarding the solicitation/requirements on May 4, 2026, and to date, we have not received a response. As these clarifications are critical to ensuring an accurate, compliant, and complete submission, we are finding it difficult to proceed with full confidence under the current timeline. Accordingly, we respectfully request an extension of the due date from May 6, 2026, to May 11, 2026. This additional time will allow for receipt and proper incorporation of the requested information, ensuring alignment with the Government’s expectations and contract requirements.

The extension is approved; the new RFQ proposal deadline is 10:00 AM ET on Monday, 11 May 2026.

Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted.
