Answer: The contract is for 42 toilets.

Answer: “Schedule of Services (22 Jul)” and is an attachment in the solicitation posted on SAM.gov.
10.) Are you requiring standard size or Executive size? The executive has the comfort of sized persons fit also cannot be blown away during hurricane seasons or heavy wind. We offer executive size.
Answer: Standard sized units are acceptable for the requirements of this contract.
11.) Do you prefer the hand wash station be connected inside or outside? The hand wash stations can either be connected inside or outside. Due to Covid 19 exposures we recommend outside.
Answer: The PWS has no requirement for hand washing stations.
12.) What does CLIN 0020 "Manpower Reporting" consist of? Is this pricing for extra cleaning or reporting information?
Answer: This is a non‐pay CLIN that requires the contractor to go online at sam.gov and report the number of contractor personnel working the contract, monthly. To date, the method of reporting manpower does not work and there is no timeline for functional operation. Right now, we just have the contractor report number of EEs to the COR every month.
