ODOT reserves the right to conduct pre-delivery inspections at the contractor's location and retains a 14-calendar-day inspection and acceptance period from delivery. Damaged shipments are the contractor's responsibility, and all delivery components must include a dealer invoice with VIN/serial numbers, manufacturer's statement of origin, product information, two sets of keys, manufacturer's warranties, and printed operator's manuals. The contractor must notify ODOT within five business days of purchase order receipt if delivery cannot be met as specified, and failure to meet delivery timelines or cure requirements constitutes grounds for order cancellation and alternative sourcing without further obligation to the contractor.
