This price adjustment will be for evaluation purposes only and will not be reflected in the pricing incorporated into the awarded Agreement.

This price reduction will be for evaluation purposes only and will not be reflected in the pricing incorporated into the awarded Agreement.

(b) Bidder shall certify on the Bid Cover Sheet whether any or all Goods in the Bid qualify for the Buy Oregon Preference under this section 7.2.4.

(c) If more than one Bidder qualifies for the preference under section 7.2.4, ODOT will give further 5% preference to a qualifying Resident Bidder [as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b)] or Bidder that is headquartered in Oregon, applied using the same method described in (a) above.
