About this file
This is a Sole Source Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by the State of Oregon for DNA Analysis services. The procurement is designated as a sole source acquisition, indicating that only one vendor has been identified as capable of providing the required services. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this opportunity. The notice identifies the need for specialized DNA analysis capabilities, though specific quantities, project scope details, and contract term information are not elaborated within the NOI document itself.
The sole source justification and specific pricing terms, funding amounts, and other contractual details would typically be contained within supporting documentation referenced in the full procurement file. As a sole source procurement, this acquisition bypasses the competitive bidding process, suggesting that the vendor selected possesses unique qualifications or capabilities that are essential to the state's requirements. Interested parties should refer to the complete procurement package and the state of Oregon's contracting office for additional information regarding budget allocation, contract duration, and specific service requirements.
