UNSPSC 41113715: Integrated services digital network ISDN testers

UNSPSC 41113715 Integrated services digital network ISDN testers (Commodity) does not reflect the work actually being solicited under this code in recent state and local procurement. The recent opportunities tagged to this code cover spectrophotometer replacement, Dell computer product pricing, technology equipment catalog discounts, classroom and conference room technology services integration, voice and data cabling infrastructure, and computer hardware and peripherals — none of which align with ISDN testing equipment or services. The code shows a fundamental mismatch between its nominal scope and the activity it is assigned to capture in current procurement databases.

State and local procurement systems appear to be applying this Commodity code broadly to information technology goods and services beyond its intended definition. Without evidence of actual ISDN tester solicitations in the recent opportunities block, the code does not represent a meaningful procurement category in current state and local contracting. A business development professional evaluating this code should treat the assignment as a data-quality issue rather than a signal of active buyer demand for ISDN testing products or services.
