NIGP 60059: Duplicating Machines and Accessories, Spirit Type

NIGP 60059 Spirit Type Duplicating Machines and Accessories is an Item code for consumables and equipment in the duplicating and reprographic space that state and local governments procure as components of broader office operations and specialized departmental needs. The recent opportunities block provides no direct evidence of active state or local solicitations specifically targeting spirit duplicators or their accessories; the single indexed opportunity—Sourcewell RFP #061626 for Law Enforcement Equipment—does not reference duplicating machinery or reprographic supplies as a line item within its scope. Without recent solicitations grounded in this code, the activity and issuing-body mix remain opaque.

The absence of indexed opportunities under this Item code suggests minimal current procurement activity in the state and local market for spirit-type duplicators and related accessories. No representative recent solicitations, geographic concentrations, or issuing-body patterns can be drawn from the source material. Firms evaluating pursuit under this code should verify current demand through direct engagement with state procurement offices, county purchasing departments, and school districts, where legacy reprographic equipment and supplies historically appeared in routine operations and facilities contracts, rather than relying on indexed RFP or ITB activity to signal volume or timing.
