NIGP 60025: Calculators, Mechanical

NIGP 60025 Calculators, Mechanical is an Item code representing mechanical calculating devices used across state and local operations. The recent solicitation record does not reflect direct procurement activity under this Item code; the identified opportunity—Sourcewell RFP #061626 for Law Enforcement Equipment—addresses a broader commodity class outside mechanical calculators. State and local purchasing under NIGP 60025 typically encompasses basic mechanical calculators and adding machines deployed in administrative, accounting, and field operations where digital or networked solutions are not required or preferred, though the available record provides no current solicitations demonstrating active demand for these devices.

The source contains no recent state and local opportunities specifically targeting mechanical calculators. The single posted opportunity in the record (Sourcewell RFP #061626, due June 16, 2026) solicits law enforcement equipment through a cooperative purchasing vehicle serving Washington counties and participating entities across the United States and Canada; mechanical calculators do not appear within that scope. Without recent NIGP 60025–specific solicitations in the available record, current geographic activity and issuing-body mix cannot be characterized.
