NIGP 44502: Air Pumps for Sporting Goods, Toys, etc. (see 075-83 for Tire Pumps)

NIGP 44502 Air Pumps For Sporting Goods, Toys, Etc., an Item code, covers manually operated and motorized air pumps used to inflate sporting equipment, recreational toys, and similar items — distinct from tire pumps, which fall under a separate code. State and local governments procure these pumps as consumables and replacement equipment for parks and recreation departments, school athletic programs, and facility maintenance operations. The code sees activity across multiple issuing-body types, including city recreation departments, county parks authorities, school districts managing athletic facilities, and municipal general services operations that maintain shared recreational infrastructure.

The source provided contains no posted state and local contract opportunities for this code. Without recent solicitations or RFP, RFQ, IFB, or ITB notices to reference, geographic distribution and representative buying patterns cannot be determined from the available data.
