About NIGP 03763
NIGP 03763 Recycled Decorations, Games And Toys is an Item code under which state and local governments procure arcade gaming systems and related entertainment equipment. Recent solicitations show universities purchasing coinless arcade gaming systems under lease and installation arrangements. The University of Wisconsin-Madison has issued multiple RFBs for arcade gaming installations, indicating demand from higher-education institutions for recreational gaming infrastructure with cashless payment capabilities. Activity under this code appears limited, with recent opportunities concentrated in a single issuing body type.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison posted two RFBs for coinless arcade gaming systems in 2026: RFB 2026-UWMSN-01271-RFB for installation and lease at the Sett Recreation area in Union South (posted March 27, 2026, with response deadline extended to April 21, 2026) and RFB 2026-UWMSN-01343-RFB for lease and installation (posted June 25, 2026, due July 8, 2026). Both solicitations required online submission through https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin, with inquiries directed to Dana Casey at dana.casey@wisc.edu. Geographic activity under this code is limited to Wisconsin based on available recent opportunities.
