This is a Request for Quotation that is being set aside for small business concerns. You are invited to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) titled "DVD Encoding, Authoring, and Duplication." The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $100,000.00) a firm fixed price purchase order. The contractor shall produce DVDs of training, outreach and education materials for Indian health care providers, staff and professionals in Indian Country and the American Indian and Alaska Natives eligible for Medicare, Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Programs. The purchase order shall include production of DVDs for the Medicine Dish Volume 3 compilation of the 2009-2010 shows, basic Medicare and Medicaid training sessions, and informational programming to support CHIPRA grantees and others conducting outreach and enrollment activities targeting the AI/AN population.
