Contractually, the MATOCs will predominantly be services contracts, but incidental technical solutions, including procurement and installation of minor portions of UMCS or ESS systems and/or sub-systems (i.e. controllers, sensors, actuators, cameras, card readers, network switches, etc.) may be required to enable the execution of some support services. The Technical and Programmatic Support Services contract will require the Contractor to have the capability to respond to multiple requests for work at diverse locations. The large majority of the work is estimated to take place in the Continental United States (CONUS), to include the Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. Territories and possessions. The work in foreign countries equates to 5% or less of the overall scope, including the anticipated foreign locations of Germany, Italy, Japan, and South Korea. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330, Engineering Services. This acquisition may require the handling and generation of classified information.
