This Special Notice announces a pre-proposal conference for the National Cyber Range Complex Event Planning, Operations, and Support (NCRC EPOS) opportunity issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-ORL) in partnership with the Department of Defense Test Resource Management Center (TRMC). The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando, in coordination with the Test Resource Management Center and Program Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation, intends to solicit proposals for the National Cyber Range Complex Event Planning Operations Support requirement. This will result in multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts to provide skilled personnel, expertise, and capabilities to plan and execute events at National Cyber Range locations, operate and maintain technical infrastructure, and support enterprise services across the complex. Proposals will be evaluated based on the ability to support test and evaluation, research, engineering strategy, capability integration, and development support to the Department of Defense. The deadline for questions is February 6, 2020, with an anticipated solicitation release of March 6, 2020 and response deadline 45 days thereafter.
