The Department of the Army Acquisition Support Center Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems awarded a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to 360 Patriot Enterprises LLC to provide personnel life cycle support services across the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The contract has a potential value of $12.2 billion to be delivered through task orders over a 10-year period from 2018 to 2028.
Task orders issued to 360 Patriot Enterprises LLC under the contract include system navigator, compliance specialist, and wellness program support services valued at $6.3 million for the Installation Management Command; $18.6 million for personnel services; $28.9 million for recovery care coordinator support services to the Department of the Air Force; $7.9 million for wellness program support to the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command; $7.3 million for military pay office support services; $7.1 million for sexual harassment and equal opportunity data management support; and wounded warrior support services valued at $14.5 million. Performance is to take place primarily in Alexandria, Virginia through 2024. Set asides used include total small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, and unrestricted.
The original solicitation sought to award 12-16 multiple award contracts for personnel life cycle support services across the continental United States and outside through task orders totaling $6.1 billion. Services included recruiting, management, administrative functions and human resources solutions to support the Army, Department of Defense and other agencies.
