About this IDV

The Department of the Air Force has awarded Indyne, Inc., a for-profit company specializing in security solutions, an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) valued at $783 million for the FORCE PROTECTION SITE SECURITY SYSTEM SOLUTIONS (FPS4) program. This single-award IDC will enable Indyne to provide a range of security systems and services, including intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, and communications infrastructure, to support the Air Force's security requirements at fixed and tactical installations worldwide.

Under this IDC, Indyne has been awarded two firm fixed-price delivery orders to date. The first, valued at $470,596.77, is for the installation of a mass parking area security system at Whiteman Air Force Base, including badge enrollment stations. The second, worth $2.5 million, is for Indyne to provide site security system solutions to support the Air Force Materiel Command's security needs. No small business set-asides were used for these task orders. Indyne has subcontracted a portion of the work on the Whiteman AFB project to a small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned business.
