THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, TRAVEL, PERIODIC INSPECTION, MINOR REPAIR, AND OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE FOR OPERATIONAL AIR FORCE VEHICLE BARRIER SYSTEMS.DESCRIPTIONALL CONUS ACTIVE DUTY AIR FORCE INSTALLATIONS AND JOINT BASES WHERE THE AIR FORCE SERVES AS THE LEAD AGENCY WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACQUIRE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES TO INCLUDE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION, AND MINOR REPAIR FOR OPERATIONAL VEHICLE BARRIERS ON THIS MAC IDIQ UNDER A MANDATORYUSE POLICY, WITH LIMITED EXEMPTIONS, TO BE ISSUED BY THE AIR FORCE CIVIL ENGINEER CENTER (AFCEC). NONOPERATIONAL VEHICLE BARRIERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE PUT ON THE CONTRACT ONCE BROUGHT TO OPERATIONAL STATUS (CURED BY MEANS OTHER THAN THIS CONTRACT). USE OF THE CONTRACT WILL NOT BE MANDATORY BUT IS OPTIONAL FOR CONUS AIR NATIONAL GUARD AND AIR FORCE RESERVE INSTALLATIONS.
