The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has awarded Govsolutions, Inc., a certified small disadvantaged business, a large multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract valued at up to $499 million for the VHA Healthcare Furniture 2018-2028 program. This long-term contract vehicle enables the VA to efficiently procure a wide range of healthcare furniture and related services such as delivery, installation, and design to outfit VA medical centers and clinics nationwide.
Under this master IDIQ, Govsolutions has received numerous firm-fixed-price delivery orders to provide furniture solutions for VA facilities in the Northeastern and other regions. Task orders have included office furniture, workstations, patient recliners, dialysis chairs, cubicle curtains, and specialized medical equipment like bioshelving and pediatric mobile units. Many of these orders have been set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, capitalizing on Govsolutions' certifications. The company's expertise in furnishing federal agencies has enabled it to efficiently fulfill these indefinite-quantity requirements and support the VA's mission of delivering quality healthcare to veterans.
