About this IDV

The National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) awarded a $20 billion GWAC to Cyberdata Technologies, Inc. on July 11, 2012, under the Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business (CIO-SP3 SB) program, a multiple-award vehicle for IT and telecommunications services. The contract ceiling extends through October 29, 2026, and carries a Total Small Business set-aside designation. Cyberdata is a minority-owned, woman-owned small business headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, and is self-certified as a small disadvantaged business.

Cyberdata has issued delivery orders under this GWAC spanning cybersecurity and privacy services, clinical trials database support, IT infrastructure operations, collaboration tool support, records management, fraud prevention analytics, and application development. Recent task orders include a $54.3 million delivery order to the Department of Health and Human Services for information systems security services through January 2030; a $16.8 million time-and-materials award to the National Eye Institute for IT services through March 2028; and a $12 million woman-owned small business sole-source delivery order for cybersecurity and privacy services through April 2026.
