The U.S. Department of State has awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract to Idoxsolutions Inc., a for-profit IT services and consulting company, for document retrieval and imaging services. The $13.5 million single-award BPA has a period of performance through November 2025. Idoxsolutions has been issued multiple task orders under this BPA for software development, systems administration, and subject matter expertise support to assist the Department of State's Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services with their financial management and oversight operations.
Separately, Idoxsolutions holds a $6 million Federal Supply Schedule contract with the General Services Administration's Multiple Award Schedule program, as well as a position on the $20 billion Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. The company has used these contract vehicles to provide a range of IT professional services, including data warehousing, analytics, and on-site software development support, to various civilian federal agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services and Food and Drug Administration. None of the contract awards discussed have a small business set-aside designation.
