The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded Electrosoft Services, Inc. a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicle worth up to $400 million to provide HSPD-12 Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems integration and support services. This multiple award BPA, with a period of performance through November 30, 2028, is intended to fulfill HHS' requirements for HSPD-12 ICAM systems integration, implementation, and maintenance support. As an SBA-certified 8(a), EDWOSB, and WOSB contractor, Electrosoft will leverage its expertise in IT security, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and program management to deliver a range of ICAM-related services to HHS under individual task orders. These may include identity management solutions, access control services, credential management, and other support for the Department's HSPD-12 identity and access control initiatives. Electrosoft's experience across major federal IDV contracts, such as 8(a) STARS III, OASIS Small Business, and CIO-SP3 Small Business, positions the company as a qualified provider of the IT and professional services required to meet HHS' HSPD-12 objectives.
