THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO THE ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO RECRUIT AND ENROLL QUALIFIED STUDENTS IN THE COLLEGE?S COMMERCIAL DRIVER?S LICENSE PROGRAM. ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE ANTICIPATES ENROLLING AT LEAST 12 STUDENTS WITH A TUITION COST OF $6,500. THE FMCSA APPROVES THE PROJECT PLAN AND BUDGET AT A REDUCED FUNDING AMOUNT FROM THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION. THE FMCSA IS RECOMMENDING A REDUCTION TOTALING $78,000 DUE TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING.
