THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO THE LINN-BENTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO RECRUIT AND ENROLL QUALIFIED STUDENTS IN THE COLLEGE?S COMMERCIAL DRIVER?S LICENSE PROGRAM. LINN-BENTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE ANTICIPATES ENROLLING AT LEAST 12 STUDENTS WITH A TUITION COST OF $6,499. THE FMCSA APPROVES THE PROJECT PLAN AND BUDGET AT A REDUCED FUNDING AMOUNT FROM THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION. THE FMCSA IS RECOMMENDING A REDUCTION TOTALING $116,982 DUE TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING.
