MEASURABLE PRE-RELEASE AND POST RELEASE OUTCOMES INCLUDE INDICATORS AROUND JOB READINESS, OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING, QUANTIFIABLE SKILLS GAIN, TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYMENT AFTER PROGRAM COMPLETION, MEDIAN EARNINGS, AND REDUCED RECIDIVISM. THE PROJECT TEAM HAS A SIGNIFICANT TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERING COMPREHENSIVE AND CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMING FOR RETURNING CITIZENS IN WAYNE COUNTY, AS WELL AS THE COLLECTIVE CAPACITY AND NETWORK OF PARTNERS TO MEET THESE OUTCOMES.
