THDA will contract with approximately 650 community-based organizations to deliver these weatherization services to the priority populations of the elderly, persons with disabilities, families with children, high residential energy users, and households with high energy burdens. The performance period for this grant is July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, during which time the program aims to provide an average of over $300 in annual energy cost savings per weatherized household.
