LOS ANGELES CONSERVATION CORPS ESTABLISHED IN 1986 SPECIALIZES IN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS THAT PROMOTE EDUCATION PROVIDE JOB TRAINING AND ENCOURAGE RESPONSIBLE CITIZENSHIP THROUGH ACTIVE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. LOS ANGELES CONSERVATION CORPS AND MANZANAR NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE WILL WORK TOGETHER TO DEEPEN THE UNDERSTANDING APPRECIATION AND PRESERVATION OF NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES IN THE NATIONAL PARKS.
