ITC Control Room Upgrade
The 837th Training Squadron (TRS), Inter-American Air Force Academy (IAAFA), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX has a requirement for an upgrade of audio visual equipment for the IAAFA Training Center (ITC) control room in Building 7356, located at 2441 Carswell Avenue, JBSA Lackland, TX. The NAICS Code is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The PSC is 5836, Video Recording and Reproducing Equipment. The size standard is 750 employees. NAICS 334111 is on the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver Database, and therefore the NMR will not apply to this requirement. See Performace Work Statement (PWS), dated 2 March 2022 (Attachment 1), for additional details. This is a notice that this order is a 100% total set-aside for SB concerns holding NAICS Code 334310 and size standard of 750 employees will be accepted by the Government. Any quote submitted by a contractor that is not a SB concern, will not be considered for award. The Government will only accept quotes submitted by SB concerns holding NAICS Code 334310. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 12 July 2022 at 09:00 a.m., CDT. It is highly recommended that offerors attend the site visit. To obtain an installation access pass to enter JBSA Lackland, TX, offerors must contact the Contract Specialist, Parie Reynolds, parie.reynolds@us.af.mil, and provide the following information needed for the Installation Access Request. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to the contract administrator, Parie Reynolds at parie.reynolds@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 26 July 2022 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered, unless received before award is made; the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition; and it was the only quote received. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure quote is received by the Government. Please contact Parie D. Reynolds with additional questions at the above email address no later than Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. CDT, 19 July 2022. Attachments: 1. Solicitation FA301622Q0084 2.
