Concourse Federal Group LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), was awarded a $2.24 million firm fixed-price purchase order on April 22, 2022, to provide initial outfitting, transition, and activation (IOT&A) services for the new Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System VA Tulsa Community-Based Inpatient Program (CHIP-IN) Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The contract, which must be completed by May 21, 2026, supports the Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 (VISN 19) in bringing the new 295,000 square foot medical facility into full operational status. The IOT&A services are intended to facilitate the hospital's transition from construction to full operations and support expanded healthcare services for veterans in the Tulsa area.
The award was made under the VA's Veterans First Contracting Program set-aside for SDVOSBs. Concourse Federal Group has extensive experience executing similar IOT&A contracts across the VA healthcare system, having completed comparable projects at numerous Community-Based Outpatient Clinics and medical facilities nationwide with contract values ranging from approximately $500,000 to $2.8 million. The contractor's expertise encompasses facilities activation support, space planning, furniture and equipment procurement, and coordination of services necessary to operationalize new healthcare infrastructure, making it well-positioned to execute the Tulsa facility activation mission.
