Requirements include vascular clamps, forceps, needle holders, dissecting and vascular scissors, scalpel handles, retractors, suction tube handles, nerve vessel hooks, and sterilization container systems with full-size aluminum lids. All equipment must be surgical grade, reusable material capable of sterilization processes, with minimum container dimensions of 23L x 10W x 5H inches.
