***See attached solicitation for more details*** This is a solicitation for PHA and Dental services for the California Army National Guard (CAARNG). The CAARNG State Surgeon’s Office (SSO) has the primary responsibility to develop, manage, and execute all medical readiness. Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and Fully Medically Ready (FMR) are the basic principles of force- sustainment for (CAARNG) forces. Medical and dental health is vital for force health protection and failure to achieve a standard level of medical and/or oral health could preclude a Soldier fromdeploying. Medical & Dental Readiness is a command responsibility. The overall objective is to maintain properly trained and equipped units, available for prompt mobilization for war, national emergency, or as otherwise needed. The State role is to provide trained and disciplined forces fordomestic emergencies or as otherwise required by state law. The Department of Defense (DoD) established a uniform dental classification in Health Affairs (HA) Policy 02-011.National Guard Bureau (NGB) issued guidance to provide dental treatment to Soldiers outside of alert phase of the Soldier Readiness Model (SRM) by detailing the Army Selected Reserve (SELRES) Dental Readiness System (ASDRS) policy. DoD policy requires dental screening examinations and remediation to be accomplished and documented on 90%+ of service members. Members of the CAARNG shall receive an annual dental screening examination to determine their dental classification. Soldiers are eligible for Dental Treatment if they are Class 3 Status from examination. Soldiers outside of alert status are also eligible for treatment if they are a Class 3 Status from examination. It is essential to provide Dental Treatment that may be required at the Medical/Dental Readiness Events and SRP site to ensurethe highest Dental Deployable Rate for the NonMobilizing & Mobilizing Soldiers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Medical and Dental Services, as defined in this PWS. Sources Sought:Notice California State-Wide Yellow Ribbon Services This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes only. The information submitted in response to the Sources Sought Notice will not be utilized to determine vendor standing in any future/potential Request for Quote, nor will it be utilized to determine if a vendor is qualified to submit a Request for Quote for any future/potential requirement. The notice and the information received shall not be used to determine how well respondents can perform a requirement, which can only be evaluated in response to a solicitation. Potential Sources shall provide their Capability Statement and it must be clear, concise, and complete. The California National Guard (CANG) has a potential lodging services requirement under the NAICS 561920 – Convention and Trade Show Organizers with a size standard of $12.0M. The California National Guard seeks to find sufficient women-owned small businesses to meet the below requirement. Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to acquire a safe and secure venue for the Soldier’s and their Families during a Yellow Ribbon Event and to acquire childcare services during a Yellow Ribbon Event in support of unit’s families, as defined in this PWS. Background: The California Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (CAARNG YRRP) has a need to acquire conference space, amenities and childcare for informational meetings that focus on providing education and information that ensure the readiness of the unit, their families, employers, and the affected communities for the rigors of deployment and the challenges of family separation and reintegration. This requirement is for temporary use on a non-recurring basis. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP), if any are issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The GPE is located at https://www.beta.sam.gov.
