The requirement is to maintain the facilities within the boundaries of Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide the specified services. The contractor shall provide, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work in accordance with the specifications to provide Fire Protection Services in support of DPW.This procurement is a 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 561621 (Security Systems Services except Locksmiths) and the Small Business Size Standard is $20.5M.The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements Type Contract with a base year beginning 1 April 2017 tough 31 March 2018, with four one-year option periods.
