Description
FY18 american university key executive leader program based on the executive core qualifications (ecqs)developed by the U.S. Office of personnel management (OPM), the key executive leadership certificate creates a participative and rigorous learning environment where students acquire contemporary public management knowledge, values, and skills; develop the personal leadership capacity needed to implement what they learn; transform themselves from good managers to extraordinary leaders; and become lifelong learners. The purpose of this training is an MOU between OST and nhtsa that will fund the professional and administrative support in the development, delivery, and results tracking of both individual and cohort learning experiences that address five core competencies drawn from the OPM leadership model: vision and strategic thinking, communications, political savvy, team building, and creativity and innovation. The contractor shall provide expertise to help ensure that the program and associated plan address both current and future nhtsa business and leadership needs for achieving and sustaining optimal organizational and people performance. The program is designated for two GS 14/15 slots.
